Gizzard inspection Table
The gizzard inspection table is designed to remove any gizzard lining of the gizzards. When using an automatic gizzard harvester it is recommended to use a gizzard inspection table as a quality control back-up. Any gizzards which are not or only partially processed can be peeled manually by using the peeling rolls in the gizzard inspection table.
- Gizzard inspection table for peeling and inspection of the harvested gizzards consisting of:
- Stainless steel frame and work top with two sets of gizzard peeling rollers
- Fitted with emergency stop
- Separate discharge for peeled gizzards and offals
- Insufficiently peeled gizzards may be introduced a second time
- Peeling capacity: up to 1500 gizzards per hour
